About the Role

BizWave Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative (Female) to support our UAE-based real estate clients while operating remotely from our Karachi office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experience through professional communication and efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects, services, and payment details
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with UAE-based Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve client issues
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when required
• Document all client interactions and ensure proper follow-ups
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles

(Real estate experience is a plus)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

(Arabic language skills are an advantage)

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

• Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
• Property Selling: 2 years (Preferred)
