Job Overview
ibex Pakistan is looking for a driven and customer-focused Global Customer Support Associate to become part of its Customer Service team. This position requires managing international customer interactions through both voice and chat platforms while ensuring outstanding service delivery and maintaining professional standards.
Key Duties
- Respond to inbound inquiries from international customers via phone calls and chat
- Deliver clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and basic technical or service-related issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve individual and team targets related to quality assurance and productivity
- Refer complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- O/A Levels or a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to perform independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
