Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages and reviews on social media platforms i.e Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram etc.
Create and send personalized responses to customer inquiries.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with organization's services and policies.
Provide accurate information to customers.
Fluent in English, Urdu and Pashto ( Written and Spoken).
Proficient in social media platforms and messaging apps.
Handle complaints, feedback, and product/services inquiries.
Having complete knowledge of services provided by the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
