Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Lahore for a Customer Service Representative. The individual in this role will assist clients by resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client concerns, managing customer interactions, and ensuring efficient service delivery while upholding company values and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and ensure Customer Satisfaction
Previous experience with or knowledge of handling Customer Service Representatives
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and responding to customer inquiries efficiently
Basic computer and software skills are preferred
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience is advantageous
