Job Summary

Dialex Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to manage inbound calls for a taxi booking service. The representative will assist customers in booking taxis, confirming ride details, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls related to taxi booking services.
• Assist customers in booking taxis and confirming ride details such as pickup location, destination, and timing.
• Provide accurate information regarding taxi availability and estimated arrival time.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction during each interaction.
• Enter and update customer booking details in the system accurately.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow company guidelines and call center procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Matriculation
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer skills and typing Skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Previous call center experience is Mandatory, British accent will be preferred
