Customer Service Representative

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

We are hiring confident and articulate Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in cold calling, who can effectively handle international clients, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients (UK / US markets)
• Engage with customers professionally and build strong rapport
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
• Resolve concerns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Meet quality standards and performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in speaking with international clients
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle pressure
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
