Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Meet established customer service standards, response times, and performance targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous customer service, call center, sales, or related experience is preferred.
