Job Summary

ICON GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries via calls and chats, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and prior experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer queries via calls and live chat
  • Manage order-based customer inquiries and provide updates
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
