Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in both English and Urdu (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in an educational or call center environment.
  • Experience in social media management (handling comments, messages, and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and social media inquiries.
  • Strong written communication skills for professional social media interactions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Summary:

Sociogenic Marketing Agency, a leading marketing firm specializing in educational marketing, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of educational institutions and manage social media interactions, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from prospective students.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional spoken communication skills, experience in customer service, and a passion for engaging with people both over the phone and online. Prior social media management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service (Calls): Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prospective students with accurate information about programs and services.
  • Social Media Management: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Meet performance targets related to calls and social media engagement.
  • Record and document all customer interactions accurately.
  • Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
