Position Overview

Strive BPO is seeking highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives to support our FE and ACA campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong work ethics, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves handling outbound calls, verifying information, assisting clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for FE & ACA campaigns with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain call quality standards and meet daily/weekly KPIs.
• Accurately update and record customer information.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance overall campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening).
• Prior call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability for night shift operations.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to performance.
