Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide detailed information about skin care products, ingredients, and usage guidelines
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and skin care trends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (beauty/skin care industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of skin types, basic ingredients, and skin care routines is an advantage

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
