What You’ll Do:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.

Convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting the value of our offerings.

Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets.

Deliver excellent customer experience and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
-
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Preferred: Candidates with sales experience in KSA or GCC Market.
