Job Overview

Ibex Pakistan is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or sales who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Meet performance metrics and service standards
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum education: O/A Levels or Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotational and late-night shifts
