Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:


As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be responsible for selling property units, engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing demonstrations while ensuring successful deal closures. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by delivering a simple and seamless process.


Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ requirements and preferences.
  • Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
  • Conduct client meetings, provide demonstrations, and arrange site visits.
  • Follow up with clients to track changes in requirements and maintain engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Consistently work towards achieving individual sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
