Customer Services Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Customer Services Executive for its entity based in Karachi.

Position: Customer Services Executive
Location: DHA Phase 8
Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 40k -45k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally handle all incoming customer calls during office hours.
  • Ensure no customer call is missed and provide accurate information to assist customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp and mobile in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Customer Feedback Sheet with accurate details.
  • Record and categorize negative feedback remarks appropriately.
  • Keep the official customer service mobile phone connected to the internet and operational at all times.
  • Report and update the line manager on all customer complaints, queries, and resolutions.
  • Follow proper leave procedures and inform the reporting manager in advance.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them for improvement opportunities.
  • Display professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility in all customer interactions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets for updating and analyzing feedback data.
  • High responsiveness and a customer-first mindset.
