Responsibilities:

  1. Interacting and communicating with customers, internal departments, and suppliers.
  2. Updating the receipts and deliveries of consignments promptly.
  3. Ensuring accurate WMS entries of inbound and outbound orders for effective inventory management and preparation of appropriate shipping documents.
  4. Assisting the warehouse operations team in scheduling tasks for optimum resource utilization.
  5. Addressing issues and escalating them to ensure operations are well-managed and customers are satisfied.
  6. Updating the costs and preparing billing information for invoicing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Dubai customs and Jebel Ali Free Zone documentation and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of WMS functionality.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, customs documentation, and transportation.
  • Strong customer service capabilities with an ability to handle challenging situations and communicate effectively.
