Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Responsible for building strong relationships existing and prospected with Clients through calls & in-person meetings.
- Responsible for Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responsible for Liaison with stakeholders (agents & customers).
- Also, Providing shipment status from web to shipper.
- Competence in Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Responsible for Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Responsible for Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification: Bachelor's in Supply chain/ Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year.
Location: Beaumont Plaza, Civil lines headquarters Karachi.
