Position Overview:

As the customer services representative, you will play a pivotal role in attracting new customers and driving growth for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to enhance our outreach efforts and expand our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new lead opportunities using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other lead generation platforms.
  • Conduct outreach through email campaigns and cold calls to engage potential leads.
  • Maintain and update files with accurate lead information.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for identifying and engaging potential customers via LinkedIn outreach and email outreach.
  • Spearhead lead generation campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Regularly report on the progress of lead generation initiatives to management, providing insights into key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data-driven analysis to refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Utilize excellent communication and advertisement skills to effectively manage marketing activities and present our services to interested audiences.
  • Analyze, plan and implement resource requirements necessary to achieve targeted revenues and volume by working closely with the operations/business services management team and country management team.
  • Prioritize effectively, keep track of monthly progress and ensure thorough follow-up and be systematic in approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 year proven experience as a customer services representative or similar role, with a track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
