Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift: U.S. Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: PKR 16,000
Monthly Salary: PKR 150,000–180,000 (depending on experience)
Additional Benefits: USD-based performance commissions

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive to enhance client relationships, support onboarding activities, and assist in ongoing sales operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a desire to excel in a high-paced global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S.-based clients.
  • Communicate with potential customers through phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure their concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (graduates preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Client Relations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and experience with B2B communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or CRM-based environments.
  • Previous interaction with U.S. or Canadian clients.
  • Professional phone and email communication etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
