You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in their success journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful product adoption
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on client success
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Take feedback and reviews on the product through respected platforms to improve visibility and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client success or related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Passion for building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and collaboration tools
