Job Title: Customer Success Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking proactive and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and feedback
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Support process improvements and customer experience initiatives
  • Identify upselling opportunities where relevant
  • Handle escalations and ensure proper closure

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification
  • 6+ months of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
