Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Guide new clients through product onboarding, training, and feature adoption.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams (Support, Product, and Sales) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks of churn.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and share insights with the Sales team.
  • Document customer feedback to help improve product functionality and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship, or Account Management roles (preferably in SaaS or IT).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and handle client escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
