Customer Success Specialist

InstaCare Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing support through a mix of on-site visits and virtual coordination, based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding and activation
  • Conduct on-site training sessions and system walkthroughs
  • Support software setup, configuration, and go-live
  • Provide virtual support when required

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through visits, calls, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth usage and high customer satisfaction

Support & Issue Resolution

  • Log and track customer issues in CRM/ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with Tech, QA, Operations, and Finance teams for resolution
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely closure

Customer Retention & Engagement

  • Monitor client usage and proactively address risks
  • Gather feedback and support renewals or upgrades with Sales
  • Conduct periodic reviews to improve engagement

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate client records and visit reports
  • Share updates and insights with internal teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
  • Willingness to visit client locations as required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working from office and in the field

Important Note

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
