About the Role
HitroTech LLC is expanding its customer support department in Jauharabad!
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Support Agent. In this role, you’ll help clients with their questions, ensure smooth communication, and deliver a first-class experience that reflects HitroTech’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our company’s products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly summaries of customer interactions and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or support (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A calm, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, GHL, Podio, Zendesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
