We are looking for a personable Customer Support Associate to join our St. Louis team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building rapport and believes that great service happens when a customer feels truly heard. While you will handle digital inquiries, a major part of this role involves face-to-face interaction and direct communication with our local clients and visitors.
Core Responsibilities
- Face-to-Face Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for walk-in clients, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Relationship Building: Get to know our diverse client base, from local healthcare providers to business owners to provide tailored assistance.
- Service Coordination: Assist visitors with check-ins, appointment scheduling, and general service inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of customer issues, such as billing questions or service requests, and follow through until they are resolved.
- Office Coordination: Maintain a clean and professional front-facing environment to ensure a positive first impression for every guest.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to share customer feedback and help improve the overall service experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to connect with people and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in person.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or front-office support).
- Communication: Clear verbal skills and the ability to write a professional, helpful email.
- Reliability: Consistent punctuality and a dependable presence for our St. Louis office.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between helping a guest in person and answering an inquiry on the phone without losing focus.
What We Offer
- Immediate Hiring: We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
- Paid Training: We provide fully-paid, hands-on training focused on our service standards and client base.
- Professional Growth: Opportunities to move into senior service roles or office management.
- People-First Culture: A supportive, collaborative team environment where your personality and hard work are valued.
