Tekboox, US based IT Company urgently looking to hire Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Experience in healthcare customer support

Working knowledge of insurance providers and their plans
Patient scheduling for US Doctors

Familiarity with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience

Requirements:

Upto 2 years Professional job experience

Must have ⁠excellent English communication skills

Job Location & Timing:
Location :DHA Y Block Phase 3 Lahore
Timing :Night Shift 6pm to 3am (Onsite 5days a week)
