Job Overview:


Stonefort is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Executive to support initiatives and enhance client experience. This is a pivotal role where you will be part of our customer support team, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across multiple communication channels. You will be responsible for elevating the client experience, improving operational efficiency, and achieve excellence in customer support.


Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee client inquiries and concerns, ensuring that responses are prompt, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
  • Monitor client feedback across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media) to proactively address issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to align customer service goals with broader company objectives.
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Assist clients in navigating trading platforms, managing account-related inquiries, and understanding product features.
  • Support clients with platform technical issues, account registration, verification, and transaction processes, ensuring a seamless experience.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of in customer support within the Forex and CFDs industry, reputable broker or financial institution.
  • Proficiency in Metaquotes Platforms (MetaTrader 4 and 5), along with a strong command of CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential;
  • Strong Compliance Orientation, with thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to ethical standards.
  • Ability to work as per a roster.
