Job Position: Customer Support Executive
We are growing taxi service provider catering to UK clients, ensuring reliable and seamless travel experiences. To strengthen our customer experience, we are hiring energetic Customer Support Executives who can effectively communicate with both customers and drivers, handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from UK clients and drivers.
• Communicate effectively in fluent English with customers and drivers to ensure smooth ride coordination.
• Negotiate with drivers and customers to resolve fare, timing, or route issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and services.
• Convince customers by addressing their concerns and offering suitable solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer queries.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
• Keep records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong communication skills).
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and convincing power.
• Prior experience in customer support, call center, or client services (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Willingness to work in shifts (as per UK time zones).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
