As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with Elver is smooth, supportive, and memorable. From handling queries and complaints to providing product guidance, you will play a key role in strengthening trust and loyalty with our growing community.

Respond to customer queries across channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with speed and empathy.

Provide accurate product information, troubleshooting assistance and guidance.

Resolve complaints effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, product, sales) to ensure timely solutions.

Track and report recurring issues to help improve customer experience and product design.

Maintain records of interactions and feedback in CRM tools.

Go beyond problem-solving to create “wow” moments for customers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

0 - 2 years of experience in customer support

Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/other regional languages is a plus).
