ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the voice of सादा / SAADAA for our customers. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure our customers feel heard and valued at every touchpoint. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in customer service who wants to grow in a people-first, solution-oriented environment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.- Resolve product, order, or delivery-related issues effectively and empathetically.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) to address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve products and services.
- Verify customer orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help build a positive brand image by delivering exceptional service.
WHO YOU ARE
0–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi preferred).
- Empathetic, patient, and a good listener.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using basic CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage irate customers professionally.
- A team player with a genuine desire to help people.
