Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Client Communication (Medical Billing)

Location: DHA Phase 6
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Hours)
Industry: US Healthcare / Medical Billing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident and articulate Customer Support Executive who will primarily manage client communication within our Medical Billing operations. This role requires acting as the bridge between our clients (healthcare providers) and internal teams, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (US-based healthcare providers)
  • Manage day-to-day communication via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Provide regular updates on billing performance, AR status, and claim progress
  • Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, AR, Coding) to ensure client requirements are met
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Prepare and share reports, summaries, and performance insights with clients
  • Ensure all communication meets professional standards and aligns with HIPAA compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in client handling / customer support in medical billing or US healthcare
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent preferred
  • Strong email writing and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage client expectations
  • Familiarity with medical billing processes (claims, AR, denials) is a strong plus
