About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and prior experience in handling online customer interactions. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails related to orders, returns, or product queries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, operations) to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are completely resolved.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
