Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (E-commerce Process)

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

About the Role

Join our E-commerce Customer Support team for a leading female fashion brand, where style meets service! We are looking for energetic professionals with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions via chat process. If you're detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests through chat-based communication.
  • Provide prompt, clear, and accurate responses aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a personalized, professional approach.
  • Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with fashion/E-Commerce industry will be an added plus.
