Customer Support Executive in Multan (English Proficient)

P&S Logistics is hiring a Customer Support Executive (English Proficient) for its Multan office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing service updates, and ensuring excellent customer support in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and emails professionally
• Provide accurate booking and service updates
• Maintain strong customer communication
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Graduation required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident speaking with a neutral/Australian-style accent preferred
• Good computer skills
• Professional and positive attitude
