Customer Support Executive (Male Candidates Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for male candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive who are fluent in English, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu, with excellent voice clarity, grammar, and pronunciation. The ideal candidate should be active, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, following company service protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, retail) for smooth issue resolution.
  • Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Meet individual performance metrics to contribute to team goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Freshers can apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English; regional languages (Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) are mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving, listening skills, empathy, and patience
  • Voice clarity, proper pronunciation, and correct grammar are essential
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office & customer service tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic workflows
  • Team player with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
