About Us

We are a growing e-commerce company based in Bahria Orchard, Lahore, dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless online shopping experience. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Assist in improving customer support processes and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or call center will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
