Customer Support Representative

BP Communications is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing customer experience team in Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience handling UK or USA customers as well as fresh graduates who possess strong English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

The selected candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer service experience.
Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls and email in a professional manner
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on pending or escalated cases until resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Share feedback and recurring concerns with the team to improve service quality
  • Maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years of customer support or call center experience is preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle multiple customer conversations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

Summer: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Winter: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
