Customer Support Representative

· Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner

· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined timelines

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

· Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Logistics) to resolve customer issues

· Provide product/service information to customers and guide them accordingly

· Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

· Good listening skills and patience

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
