Job Description: Customer Support Representative

Position Type: Full-time, On-site, Model Town, Link Road, Lahore

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support minimum 1 year
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle the situation in Pressure
  • Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented
