Job Overview

Bin Khalid Group (BKG) is seeking a committed and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to provide high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries effectively, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Support or CSR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
