Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Overview:

Vidi EV is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer experience at all times
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth problem resolution
  • Support sales and service teams when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or related field
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, presentable, and professional personality
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Good command of MS Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
