Job Overview:
Vidi EV is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth problem resolution
- Support sales and service teams when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Good command of MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
