Job Overview:

Prelogex is seeking a highly confident and professional Customer Support Representative (CSR) with strong UK call-handling experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in UK English, experienced in handling customers over the phone, and comfortable working in on-site environment at our Multan office.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a calm and solution-focused attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound UK customer calls professionally and confidently
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and follow up where required
• Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times
• Log and update customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
• Meet daily call quality, attendance, and performance targets
• Follow company policies, call scripts, and service guidelines strictly
• Ensure 100% on-site attendance and compliance with office discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UK voice customer support (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear UK accent and pronunciation
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and difficult situations calmly
• Punctual, reliable, and professional work ethic
• Willingness to work strictly on-site in Multan

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior understanding of eCommerce, logistics, or service-based support
• Understanding of UK customer service standards and expectations
• Experience working with performance-driven KPIs
