Job Description:
99 Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Representative (Technical) to manage customer queries and provide after-sales support for our computer sales business. The role requires solid knowledge of computer hardware and IT products, with the ability to assist customers with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and after-sales services. We are seeking someone who is customer focused, tech savvy, and efficient in multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales support for computer systems, components, and accessories.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and guide customers toward solutions.
- Coordinate warranty, service, and repair cases as required.
- Share product knowledge and assist customers in choosing suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and issue tracking.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints empathetically.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware including laptops, desktops, components, and peripherals.
- Strong problem solving ability for both technical and customer related issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and service management tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer or Technical Support preferably in the IT or computer hardware industry.
