As a Customer Support Specialist at Eminent4U Private Limited, you play a crucial role in ensuring positive interactions between the company and its customers. This position involves a range of responsibilities geared towards excellent customer service and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via telephone to resolve issues, providing information on products, account inquiries, and booking status.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance and aim for first-contact resolution.
  • Utilize retention strategies to turn cancellation requests into opportunities for upgrades and savings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our UK team to provide timely updates on customer interactions.
