Customer Support Specialist – International

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle international clients. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with customers across different countries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in handling global customers via email, chat, and calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from international clients via email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets (SLAs & KPIs).
• Work in rotational shifts if required (including night shifts).

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in international customer support or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers professionally.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of global time zones and cultural differences.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
