We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to handle international clients. The ideal candidate will communicate confidently with customers across different countries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in handling global customers via email, chat, and calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from international clients via email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets (SLAs & KPIs).
- Work in rotational shifts if required (including night shifts).
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in international customer support or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers professionally.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of global time zones and cultural differences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
