We are looking for a Analytics Project Manager who will be responsible for setting strategic direction of Anaytics projects, developing project plans and providing high quality and cost effective project management, analytic support services and technical expertise for a broad array of issues.

PM will be based in İstanbul with several travel possibilities and be part of the teams led by the KoçDigital Data & Analytics Project Management Office Unit Manager.

PM’s ability to draw insights from a range of sources and synthesize these to set clear directions will be a key asset. PM will have a responsibility to monitor project progress within the schedule and budget and an opportunity to develop a various range of managing skills in an agile, diverse and changing environment.

What we expect?

· Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering or relevant fields

· 5+ years of relevant data analytics consulting or related industry experience

· Prior experience in management of at least one analytics project

· Experience in Supply chain, Manifacturing, Finance sectors is a big plus

Certification of the following is a plus: PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master

· Excellent client-interaction and internal communication skills: Ability to manage a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, vendors and different project team roles like data scientists, data engineers etc.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish & English

· Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively is crucial

· Ability to learn, understand, and apply complex technical concepts

Competencies

· Experience in project management

· Basic data analysis and data modelling process experience

· Strong motivation and willing to work enthusiastically with a start-up spirit

Nice-to-have skills

· Good understanding of the key industry verticals, e.g., automotive, retail, banking, consumer goods, consumer durables, insurance, etc.

· Experience with SQL, data analysis or data modelling

· Experience with R/SAS/SPSS/Python and advanced analytic techniques

What you will be doing ?

· In Analytical projects; setting strategic direction of projects and developing project plans which identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required

· Identify, understand, and work to mitigate issues and risks proactively with the project team, business partners, and leadership

· Plan and execute an effective communication strategy for clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track and aligned to our client’s goals

· Lead diverse teams of KD employees, client employees, and third-party employees. Be a mentor to your younger team members.

· Establish team membership and negotiating time commitments & resource allocation

· Work in a hypothesis-driven way with the project teams

· Assure the adherence to project KPIs and schedules

· Cultivating and reinforcing appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors
