Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. Your keen attention to detail and strong computer skills will ensure the integrity of our data, supporting efficient operations and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into multiple databases, systems, and spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of records and documents
  • Perform data verification, cross-checking entries against source documents to prevent errors
  • Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, generate reports, and analyze data trends
  • Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and basic math calculations as needed

Experience

  • Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with data entry tasks involving databases and spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in computer skills and accuracy in data entry
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of basic math for calculations related to data processing
  • Prior experience in a role involving data collection, filing, or administrative support is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
