About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Extractor with proven experience in lead generation and email deliverability management. The candidate should have strong expertise in extracting data through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, Snov.io, and related tools. In addition, the role requires hands-on experience with manual email warmups as well as setting up and managing warmups using Snov.io and Instantly to ensure high deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract high-quality leads (emails, company info, decision-makers) using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, and Snov.io.
• Set up, configure, and manage Snov.io and Instantly accounts for email outreach.
• Perform manual warmups and manage automated warmups via tools to maintain sender reputation.
• Validate and clean lead data to minimize bounce rates and ensure accuracy.
• Continuously monitor data quality, detect invalid/duplicate entries, and maintain up-to-date databases.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide targeted lead lists aligned with outreach campaigns.
• Track and document data extraction, validation, and warmup processes for consistency and repeatability.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 2+ years of proven experience in data extraction and validation.
• Strong expertise in Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and Snov.io.
• Hands-on experience with email account setup, manual warmups, and automated warmups (Snov.io & Instantly).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for cleaning, validating, and managing data.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation, bounce management).
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver large volumes of accurate leads.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with additional tools (Lusha, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, Clay).
• Experience integrating lead data into CRM platforms (HubSpot)
• Basic knowledge of cold email strategy and campaign management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
