Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery.
- Lead mechanical and related civil projects, including equipment foundations, platforms, and installation. Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
- Conduct daily plant visits to identify potential risks, coordinate with the Production Department to schedule downtime, and minimize unanticipated breakdowns.
- Directly lead and mentor SSI, fitters, and technicians, ensuring all work is performed according to SOPs and ISO documentation.
- Manage the inventory of essential spares and consumables by coordinating with procurement and stores to ensure parts are available for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Maintain a zero-incident environment by enforcing strict safety protocols, PPE usage, and conducting Tool Box Talks (TBT).
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: DAE Mechanical or B-Tech Mechanical
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and project supervision.
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems and industrial machinery maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical and civil drawings.
- Proven track record in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
