Job Position - Deputy General Manager

Location- Ahmedabad , Gujarat

Experience Required: 9 to 13+ years

Salary Range: ₹ 10 lpa to ₹ 12+ lpa

Education: B-Tech / MBA

( must have experience in this product ----Cast Resin, VPI, Oil cooled, IDT & Power Transformer and will be handling neighboring states.)

a senior leadership role responsible for a company's overall sales performance, with duties including strategic planning, team management, and driving revenue growth.

- Overall achieve sales target for the allotted region.

- Maintain growth in existing business and generate new business from existing customers.

- New customer acquisition and bring new products for development.-

Close involvement with utilities/ Electrical consultant / EPC for product approvals.

-developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets, and overseeing daily sales operations.

- Negotiation, planning, and coordination with internal departments for smooth execution

- Conduct periodic customer visits and ensure timely collection of payments- Monitor customer portfolios and maintain relationships through continuous communication

- Prepare monthly MIS, conduct sales meetings, and report preparation

- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and conclaves -
